Cancellation Policy

Coder Sports Academy is focused on providing an outstanding educational experience for our coder athletes. We aim to provide educational programs in ways that best meet your needs and schedules. However, missed practice appointments and frequent cancellations do impact our ability to provide quality services. We do not provide credits or refunds for missed practice sessions, classes, or any other scheduled activities.

Late Client Policy

At Coder Sports Academy, our goal is to make every practice session efficient, enjoyable and stress-free. Late arrivals impact the quality of our program by reducing coder athlete time with the coder coach. If you’re late, we will make every effort to accommodate you for the remainder of the scheduled practice time. The full practice session time will be allocated for this session despite the late arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

Refund Policy – Coder Development Program & Singapore Math Program

Coder Sports Academy understands that our programs are academically challenging and may not be suitable for everyone.

1. You may request a withdrawal and tuition refund within 7 days of starting our weekly coder league program for the first time. Registration fees are non-refundable.
2. Requests for withdrawal and requests for refund must be delivered to Coder Sports in writing.

Refund Policy – Camps

Summer Camps:

1. Time of request – Up to May 15th – 100% REFUND – $25 Admin Fee per camper/per session.
2. Up to 30 days before the start date of camp – 50% REFUND – $25 Admin Fee per camper/per session.
3. 29 days or less before camp session begins – NO REFUND.

Winter Break Camp:

1. Time of request – Up to November 1st – 100% REFUND – $25 Admin Fee per camper/per session Up to 30 days before the start date of camp – 50% REFUND – $25 Admin Fee per camper/per session.
2. 29 days or less before camp session begins – NO REFUND.

Spring Break Camp:

1. Time of request – Up to February 5th – 100% REFUND – $25 Admin Fee per camper/per session Up to 30 days before the start date of camp – 50% REFUND – $25 Admin Fee per camper/per session.
2. 29 days or less before camp session begins – NO REFUND.

One Day Camps:

1. Up to 30 days before the start date of camp – 50% REFUND – $25 Admin Fee per camper/per session.
2. 29 days or less before camp session begins – NO REFUND.

All requests for withdrawal and requests for refund must be delivered to Coder Sports in writing.
